Table tops will be visited by attendees during the networking reception, the continental breakfast and the refreshment breaks, providing quality exhibit time.
Sponsors will be given a 6’ table, draping and identification signage. Table tops may be decorated with exhibit marketing materials.

The registration fee for sponsoring or exhibiting includes two (2) complimentary seminar registrations for employees of their organization – with access to the entire seminar. Those companies who choose to exhibit and sponsor will receive three (3) complimentary seminar registrations for employees.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be postmarked, faxed or e-mailed to the HDMA Meetings & Conferences Department by Monday, April 16, 2012 for a partial refund. A $200 processing fee will apply. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after Monday, April 16, 2012. |
