Sponsors will be given a 6’ skirted table. Table tops may be decorated with exhibit marketing materials.

Exhibit Only $ 3,000
Sponsorship Only $ 5,000
Exhibit and Sponsorship $ 6,000

The registration fee for sponsoring or exhibiting includes two (2) complimentary seminar registrations for employees of their organization – with access to the entire seminar. Those companies who choose to exhibit and sponsor will receive three (3) complimentary seminar registrations for employees.   

Table-top sponsorship space will be assigned on a first come, first-served basis. Act now!

Registrations are transferable among individuals within the same company.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be postmarked, faxed or e-mailed to the HDMA Meetings & Conferences Department by Friday, January 13, 2012 for a partial refund. A $200 processing fee will apply. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after Friday, January 13, 2012.
