The registration fee for sponsoring or exhibiting includes two (2) complimentary seminar registrations for employees of their organization – with access to the entire seminar. Those companies who choose to exhibit and sponsor will receive three (3) complimentary seminar registrations for employees.

Registrations are transferable among individuals within the same company.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be postmarked, faxed or e-mailed to the HDMA Meetings & Conferences Department by Friday, January 13, 2012 for a partial refund. A $200 processing fee will apply.
