The HDMA Factbook
In its 83rd year, the HDMA Factbook provides data metrics and benchmarking on the traditional pharmaceutical supply chain. The 2011-2012 HDMA Factbook will be offered in electronic version, available on Amazon.com.
The Role of the Distributors in the U.S. Healthcare Industry
Following the success of this report in 2004 and 2007, the Center is publishing an updated account of the role of the distributor in the U.S. healthcare industry, which includes an economic analysis detailing the value distributors add to overall industry.
Specialty Pharmaceuticals and the Role of the Specialty Distributor
The Center is conducting and compiling a research report to educate supply chain professionals on the role of the specialty distributor in the U.S. pharmaceutical marketplace.
Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS)
This study, released in April 2011, provides regulation information, current trends in REMS programs, the impact of REMS to industry stakeholders and recommendations to improve the REMS process in the future.
Track and Trace Study
The Center, on behalf of HDMA, conducted a study interviewing manufacturers and service providers in California to determine current involvement and acceptance of track and trace serialization legislation, as well as the future of RFID and 2-D bar codes.
